Erin Cobb is an associate attorney with the law firm of Kriezelman Burton & Associates, LLC. Prior to that, she served as an attorney with a legal services organization in Chicago, Illinois. Erin has successfully represented numerous clients before the USCIS offices for adjustment of status and citizenship interviews. She also practices before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Erin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Chicago Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Erin has given lectures and workshops both to immigration practitioners and to community members on topics including immigration law, domestic violence, and various civil protections available to aliens and citizens alike. Prior to her career as an immigration lawyer, Erin taught English as a Second Language classes to immigrants and intending immigrants both in Chicago and abroad. Erin concentrates in Deportation/Removal defense work, family-based immigration, and federal court litigation. |
