Saadia
Siddique is an associate attorney with the law firm of Kriezelman
Burton & Associates, LLC. Prior to that, she was an associate
attorney with an immigration law firm in Chicago, Illinois
and had served as an extern law clerk for the Chicago office
of the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Immigration
Court.
Saadia has extensive practice in immigration and nationality
law and has successfully represented numerous clients before
the USCIS offices for adjustment of status and citizenship
interviews. She also practices before the Immigration Courts,
the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. District Court for the
Northern District of Illinois and has successfully represented
clients in Federal Appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Second, Sixth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuits.
Saadia is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association,
Chicago Bar Association and the Pakistani American Bar Association
and is a frequent lecturer on immigration law for various
conferences and not-for-profit organizations and has donated
her time to organizations committed to representing individuals
pro bono. Saadia concentrates in Deportation/Removal defense
work, family-based immigration, adoption cases as they related to immigration, and Federal Court Litigation. She is fluent
in Urdu/Hindi and Punjabi. |
